Most Recent Work
This is a job I had just recently completed for a restaurant in Wichita Ks. The owners of The Burger Barn at Central and Zoo Blvd contracted me to do a farm scene on the front of their store window. Which I am very pleased with, I thought it turned out very good. I love the bright colors, it also makes the building just stand out more or pop as some would say.
I have been doing Murals for over 20yrs. I know God has given me this gift, and I don't want to waste it. I have been creative since I could remember. I didn't go through any schooling, this is all natural to me. I just have so much fun in what I do. It's like one of my close friends say's: "if you can tell which is your art work from a hundred different artist then you're not a artist you just copy well."
Someday I am going to own my own theme park, and animation studios.
The Old Enigmas
This is the first version of the Enigmas in 1994. I came up with these characters, because nobody at that time was thinking out of the box in animation, and computer animation (CG) was just getting its start. So I developed four main characters: from left to right, Randy Rocket is the genius he is from Israel and he represents air, Tommy Torch he is the creative one he is from America he represents Fire, Big Fist who is call Calvin Clay now he is the mechanic he is from Great Britain he represents earth or dirt, and William Water who you don't see in this picture he is from Australia he represents water.

Comic Box Lids
These are two of the comic box lids I have done. I am getting back into comic books again, and why did I leave them, I have no idea, because they have always been good to me, and come to find out I had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 and it was the first printing, but back in 1998 I gave it away, plus all my Star Wars toys to a kid that didn't have any toy's, it was worth it to see the look on that kids face when I gave him all that stuff. We were meant to give.
LOGO
This is one of my logo's
for my company
ART -N- IMAGE.
The other one is of an old Tommy Torch.
I have done a lot of logo's when I was younger, I love doing them, because you
get to think out of the box.
You can come up with all kinds of crazy stuff. And the one the client picks is always the craziest one
A Little About Me
I lived in Wichita, KS for about 31yrs. So I would call this my home. I was born in Kansas City lived there for a little while then moved to Hutchison, KS Where I really got to know my God given talent. I remember when I was 3 or 4 me and my sister Laura did a book together about a little monkey named Brownie. I told her what to write and I drew the pictures. I also was adventurist little guy, because I remember teaching myself how to do all kinds of stuff, like ride a bike. I told myself when I get down the end of the block I'm going to be able to ride this bike. So I did know how to ride that big, that old banana seat bike with the Gorilla handle bars. Life was a lot simpler back in the 70's.
I also remember doing all kinds of shoebox collages, like haunted houses to cowboys and Indian's.
SCHOOL PROJECT
I was assigned this projected by my school, that I was enrolled in. They said, come up with a concept that would catch peoples attention for a new I-Pod.
So I said to myself who buy's I-Pods. Well, the youth do, because they can down load all kinds of songs.
So this is what I came up with. Spiderman and the Terror Bomber. I made it to grab the attention of our youth, because how Peter Parker is in his youth, and he would probably have one. Meaning an I-Pod. I know that Spiderman comics are still going strong in our comic book stores. So I develope these advertisements directed at the youth
Dresser
I found this dresser that somebody was going to just throw away at the dump. So I ask the guy before he got it off of this trailer that he had full of junk, if I could have it. He said “no problem.” I grabbed it off of his trailer and brought it to my work shop I have in my back yard and fixed it up. Let me tell you it was trashed when I got it. It was missing boards, and all kinds of stuff, but I put it back together. This is the final product, what you see.
I painted the state bird which is, the Meadow Lark, the state's tree the Cottonwood, and the state flower, which is the Sunflower.
This is my son dresser.
